What time does the Vivaan Festival start and end?
The Vivaan Festival starts at 6 pm on 14th February and ends on 16th February Midnight 2025.
Which are the nearest Airports to the Festival Venue?
The Venue is 29 km from North Goa – Mopa Airport, with a travel time of about 50 minutes. The Venue is 56 km from South Goa – Dabolim Airport, with a travel time of about 85 minutes.
Which are nearest Railway Stations to the Festival Venue?
The Venue is 20 km from North Goa – Thivim Railway Station, with a travel time of about 40 minutes. The Venue 61 km from South Goa – Madgaon Railway Stattion, with a travel time of about 90 minutes.
Do we have to pay extra after buying Vivaan Festival Passes?
There are 4 different kinds of passes, kindly refer to the section above to know what is included with your pass.
Can we hire Cab Services from the Festival Venue?
Yes, you can on a chargeable basis, prior booking is advisable.
Are there any Medical Facilities available at the venue or nearby?
Yes, our team includes doctors for on-site medical assistance. Additionally, we do have Medical Facilities nearby.
Can I bring my own Food and Beverages?
No, you cannot bring your own food and beverages.
Can I bring a Camera or Recording Equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring cameras and recording equipment. We encourage you to share your photos and videos and don’t forget to tag us!
Can I bring my Pet to the Festival?
No, both the properties have a no pet policy.
How do I stay informed about any updates or changes to the festival schedule?
Once you register and complete the payment, you will be added to a WhatsApp group where all updates and communications regarding the festival will be shared. You can also whatsapp or call us on: +91 93271 11362
Is there a schedule of performances available?
Yes, a detailed schedule of all activities and performances will be shared shortly.
What are the Payment facilities available?
Is there a designated parking area?
Yes, we have ample parking space available on the property.
Are Pass Transfers and Refunds allowed?
All Access Festival Day Passes & Festival Passes with Accommodation are non-refundable but can be transferred until December 31st, 2024 at an additional cost. For transfers, please mail us at info@vivaanfestival.com.
Are room and à la carte services available during the festival at the venue?
Yes, room service is available. Guests can order à la carte from their rooms, but it will be served in the rooms only, on a chargeable basis. The restaurant only offers festival buffets.
Do we get the extra bed as a Folded bed?
Yes, at the Venue Property – Aralea Beach Resort, you will get a Folded or a Sofa Cum Bed. No, at the Neighbour Property – White Wood Resort, you will get a Floor Mattress.
Can we get a Day Pass if we are not staying at the venue?
Yes, you can get, we have different categories of all access festival day passes for those who are not staying with us.
Can I volunteer or work at the festival?
You are most welcome to volunteer or work at the festival. Please feel free to reach out to us for more details on how to get involved.
